Ankur Rathee

Ankur Rathee is an Indian actor and dancer. He got trained in different dance forms including Bollywood, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Jazz, and Acrobatic adage when he was just eight years old. Simultaneously, he started performing in musical theatre and developed an interest in acting and singing. Ankur worked as a dance faculty at Steps on Broadway, New York (2015). Some of his notable plays include “Jade Emperor,” “Journey Beyond the West,” “Between the Tigris and the Euphrates,” and “My Heart is in the East.” He has also featured in TV commercials of various brands like “Airtel Wynk App,” “Jabong,” “Emirates,” and “Priya Gold Biscuits.” He made his acting debut in 2014 with the film, “100: The Tribute.” In 2019, he also featured in the web series, “Four More Shots Please.” Thereafter, Ankur was featured in many web series, like “Made in Heaven” and “Tashkent Files.” Ankur also played the role of Taapsee Pannu‘s brother in the Bollywood film, “Thappad.”
