Anukreethy Vas is an Indian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Femina Miss India 2018. She represented India at the 68th edition of Miss World pageant held in Sanya, China on 8 December 2018 where she ended up placing in the Top 30. She is a fine athlete and had played at the state level for Tamil Nadu. She considers her mother as her biggest inspiration; as she raised her as a single parent and always encouraged her. She considers Self-confidence, Perseverance, and Patience as her biggest strengths. In February 2018, she was crowned as the winner of Fbb Femina Miss India Tamil Nadu in Bangalore. Anukreethy will be making her Tamil film debut with ‘Vettri’ alongside Debutante Bigg Boss Tamil 3 winner Mugen Rao. The film said to be an action drama, will be directed by Anjana Ali Khan of ‘Veppam’ fame.
