Anusha Dandekar is a very popular and eminent Indian-Australian-based MTV Video Jockey (VJ), Actress, Model, and singer, who is most well-known as a VJ and a host who has hosted various MTV reality shows. It has been a childhood dream of Anushka to be a VJ. She began her career by hosting a fashion television show, MTV’s House of Style, and various other TV reality shows. Anushka made a Bollywood debut in 2003, in the film Mumbai Matinee and did a sizzling item number called, ‘Lut Gaye’ in the film. Anushka won the “Best VJ Cosmopolitan Fun Fearless Female’ Award in 2009. She was also counted among the 50 Most Beautiful Women in India Award by Femina Magazine in 2010. Besides hosting, she also likes singing and in the year 2012, she launched her first single Better Than Your Ex. Anushka was a part of the Girl band formed by her sister called D-Major. She was also starred in the Chavanprash song of the film Bhavesh Joshi Superhero alongside Arjun Kapoor.
