Baba Bhaskar

Baba Bhaskar is an Indian choreographer and director who works in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Telugu-language films. He started his career in film choreography with the Telugu Film Kotha Bangaru Lokam. Being a backstage dancer for many years, he started assisting Shiva Shankar Master. Later, he worked as an assistant to the famous choreographer, Raju Sundaram Master, for five years. In 2011, Bhaskar got the Filmfare Award for Best Choreographer. The same year, he received the Technical Award. In 2013, he worked as a dance choreographer in the popular Tamil Film “Singam II.” In 2019, he appeared as the judge of the dance reality tv show “Dhee Jodi.” He has also done choreography in many popular Tamil and Telugu films such as Kedi, Petta, Maari 2, Amma Kanakku, Enakku Innoru Per Irukku, Marudhu, Rajini Murugan, Velaiilla Pattadhari, 2.0, Kandireega, etc. He has worked with almost all the superstars in the South Indian Film Industry, and some of the popular names including Rajinikanth, Vijay, Ajith, Mahesh Babu, Dhanush, Jr. NTR, and many more. Being a passionate writer, he has written the script for the Tamil Film “Kuppathu Raja” and also directed it. In July 2019, he had participated in the famous TV reality show- Bigg Boss Telugu Season 3.
