Jannat Zubair Rahmani is a popular Indian film and television actress. She began her career in 2009 but gained fame through Colors TV’s Phulwa in 2011. Jannat has also played the role of Young Phool Kanwar in Bharat Ka Veer Putra–Maharana Pratap and Pankti Sharma in Tu Aashiqui. She was also seen in the Bollywood film Hichki, where she played a student. She has been part of many TV serials, Movies and Music videos where she has earned great popularity.

In 2018, during the shooting of the TV serial "Tu Aashiqui," Jannat was asked to do some intimate scenes with the lead actor of the serial. However, she refused to do it saying that she wasn't comfortable with it moreover it wasn't suitable for her age. Her parents also supported her. The matter became serious when the producers of the show started auditioning for her replacement in the serial. The issue was finally settled when the producers of the show agreed with the actress to not to do any intimate scenes above the limits.
