Namashi Chakraborty is an Indian actor and movie review writer. He is the youngest son of the famous actors, Mithun Chakraborty and Yogeeta Bali. To be an actor, he joined the acting school in Mumbai and Shiamak Davar’s dancing school. Apart from his father, he believes that Govinda (Actor) has motivated him to start his career in acting, as he inspires him. Namashi has worked as a review writer with MyBataz.com, IMDB.com, and Paparattzy Productions. He performs comedy acts at The Habitat – Comedy and Music Cafe, Mumbai. He has also acted and directed a short film back in 2013, titled – Hero. Namashi has also worked as Assistant Director in his brother’s movie Ishqedarriyaan (2015). Currently, he is roped in for the movie Bad Boy, releasing in 2020, which is supposed to be his debut movie with Amrin Qureshi, daughter of producer Sajid Qureshi. The veteran comedian Johnny Lever is also a part of this movie. The movie is directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and its shooting is completed in just 60 days.
