Pratyusha Banerjee was an Indian television actress who predominantly appeared in various television shows. She had appeared in numerous television and reality shows showcased on various television channels. She gained immense popularity in 2010 in the television show Balika Vadhu. It was her first leading role in the television series where she earned her a household name “Anandi”.
Later, she appeared on TV shows like Rakt Sambandh, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai on Star Plus, Hum Hain Na, Sasural Simar Ka, and Gulmohar Grand. She also participated in various reality shows like Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa (season 5), Bigg Boss- Season 7 (2013), and  in Power Couple, along with her partner Rahul Raj Singh.
