Santhy Balachandran is an Indian film and theatre actress, who predominantly works in the Malayalam film industry. She started her career through her feature film debut as the main lead actress in the Malayalam comedy thriller film “Tharangam” in 2017. Before Tharnagam, she had played the lead role in Harold Pinter’s theatre play “The Lover” directed by Sanal Aman.
Later, she has also acted in various plays including ‘A Very Normal Family’ as Sweety, directed by Roshan Mathew. Her upcoming projects in 2021 include Bibin Paul Samuel’s film “Aaha”, releasing in June 2021, the fantasy drama film “Djinn”, directed by Siddharth Bharathan, and, Siddharth Bharathan’s “Chathuram.”
