She rose to prominence for her critically acclaimed performance as a mentally challenged child Anjali in the 1990 film Anjali and as a child trapped inside a bore-well in the 1992 film Malootty. She has worked as a child artist in many more movies like Thai Poosam, Killer, Police Lockup, Joker, Kadambari and Kandukondain Kandukondain.
