Shikhar Dhawan is an Indian international cricketer. He is a left-handed opening batsman and an occasional right-arm off break bowler and he plays for Delhi in domestic cricket and Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League (IPL). He played for the Indian Under-17 and Under-19 teams before making his first-class debut for Delhi in November 2004. He is one of those players who have seen a tough time in terms of every match, but he has played well with his due efforts. His role in IPL matches too has been vulnerable by playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad previously and now for Delhi Capitals.
