Surya Kiran is a popular Indian film director and a screenwriter. He mostly works in Telugu-language films. He is best known for directing Satyam (2003) which his successful directorial debut. He worked as a child actor in two-hundred films under the stage name Master Suresh. In a review of Satyam, one critic praised his direction and called it the best highlight of the film. He has also worked as a director in various Telugu and Tamil films, including ‘Brahmastram’ (2006), ‘Raju Bhai’ (2007), and ‘Chapter 6’ (2014). He has also worked as a scriptwriter in various South-Indian films. Recently, he participated in the Telugu Reality television show Bigg Boss 4 and was the first contestant to get eliminated.
